Chat auto-translation is a feature that automatically translates messages sent in one language into the user’s preferred language in real-time during a chat conversation. This option is especially useful for individuals who speak different languages and need to communicate with each other. With chat auto-translation, users can easily communicate with people who speak different languages without the need for a human translator.
To use the Chat Auto-Translation feature, follow these simple steps: Click on the three dots located in the upper-right corner of the chat window, then select “Auto-Translate” from the menu that appears. Next, choose the language you want the chat to be translated into. That’s it! The feature will automatically translate the conversation for you in real-time.
At CallsApp, we’ve worked towards maximizing productivity within the app, starting with the simple and easy-to-use “Task Manager”. Through this, you can manage and control task execution within your team, you can create a task for a user, group, or yourself, and invite others to work on the task with you.
In order to create a task, go to the “Chats” tab and click on the “Chat” button on your bottom right. Then, select “New Task” from the menu, and pick a user or users from your phone book. You may also use the “Dial Pad” button on your bottom right to find a user manually by their number. After you’ve added your desired amount of users, simply click on the “Create” button at the very bottom of the screen. If you click on the create button without adding any users, then a task for yourself will be created.
Anonymous groups at CallsApp are ideal for keeping the confidentiality of users within a group chat. Simply stated, no one – apart from the creator – will be able to see each other’s contact information.
An Anonymous group chat can be created through the “Chats” tab under “Chat”. You can select “Anonymous Group” from the menu and pick users from your phone book. To activate a conference call, begin by calling a single member of your group, then add the other participants one by one by pressing the “Conference” button on your screen. This will allow you to add up to 5 users to your conference call.
A plethora of call forwarding scenarios are available to CallsApp users through our complimentary business features. Through our app, you are able to forward any inbound calls to another user or to any mobile or landline phone number.
To set up call forwarding, press on your “Account” tab and find the “Receive Calls” button. On this page, you will find the “+” button on your upper right which will allow you to select from a wide variety of forwarding scenarios.
Call Recording within CallsApp allows you to record all inbound and outbound calls. These calls are then stored locally on your device, giving you the access to listen and share your recordings.
To turn on Call Recording, press on your “Account” tab and move the toggle of “Call Recording” to the right. To manage your recordings, press directly onto the “Call Recording” button.
This feature routes incoming calls based on the time of day, day of the week providing different responses to after-hours calls, weekend calls and holiday calls. Various messages may be played to a caller according to company work hours and call flow.

Unlimited chats and group chats are made simple through the CallsApp network. The app enables you to send text, voice memos, video messages, and share any type of file within your chats. You are also able to create a chat with only you as a participant which you can use for notes. We’ve unified chats and groups under one solution which allows for any chat to be converted into a group and vice versa.
To create a chat or group, go to the “Chats” tab and click on the “Chat” button on your bottom right. From here, you can select “New Chat” from the menu and pick your desired number of participants from your phone book or manually through the “Dial Pad”. If you use the “Create” button without adding any participants, you will be creating an empty chat that you may use for your own personal notes. However, you may always remove or add extra members to any chat at any given point.
Voice and video messages have recently become very popular features of messengers. For the best user experience, these kinds of messages available to CallsApp users as well.
To send a voice or video message open a chat and find the mic icon located on the lower right area of your screen in the text box. To switch from mic to camera you should click the mic icon once and it will switch to video. To record a message you hold down on the desired icon until the recording is completed. As soon as you are done recording simply release the icon and the message will be sent. Also, you can make it continuously recording. Keep holding the icon then move a finger throughout the lock icon and release. As soon as the recording is finished push the “Send” button.
The self-destroyed messages feature is very useful for saving device storage. If messages are not that important to you to keep them then activate this option and all messages will be removed from everywhere at the selected time interval no matter of “Read” status.
To set up auto-deletion messages open a chat and find the “3 dots” menu on the upper right of the screen push and select “Auto delete” then pick a time option.
